  1. Are there any contracts?
    No, there are no long term contracts and you may cancel anytime.
  2. What is the month membership cost and are there any hidden fees?
    Our subscription is a flat rate of $50.00 per month and there are no other fees associated with our service
  3. Is it really unlimited leads?
    Yes. We offer unlimited sales leads which can be downloaded up to 10,000 records at a time. Our service is designed for end users, such as small business owners, insurance companies, business brokers, etc. Our service is not intended for re-sellers. If you are a reseller and are interested in learning more about our reseller program, please contact us for more details and rates.
  4. How often is data updated?
    Our database is updated quarterly with minor updates monthly.
  5. How accurate are your lists?
    On average, our business and consumer databases lists are 90% accurate. Depending on your location and the search criteria of the list, the data result maybe may be better or worse than the average. While we strive to provide the highest quality databases, please bear in mind that no list is perfect and you should expect to have a reasonable accurate list.
  6. What information is available for consumer data?
    First name, last name, address, county, age, estimated income range, homeowner status, property value, marital status, gender, single parent or veteran household
  7. What information is available for business data?
    Business name, owner information (where available), address, phone number, email address (where available), sales volume, SIC code, web address (where available), number of employees, years in business, female owned, square footage and credit rating.
  8. Are your leads scrubbed against the Federal Do Not Call List?
    You must understand that it is your responsibility to comply with any and all laws related to the Federal Do Not Call List. Keep in mind that new numbers are added to the Do Not Call List daily and the Do Not Call List is constantly changing. Regardless of which list you decide to use, you are responsible for the use of the data and complying with the Federal Do Not Call List. If you decide to use any list in a manner that violates any Federal or State law, you may be subject to fines and penalties. Please be sure to research and understand the laws in your area.
  9. How do you handle cancellations or refunds?
    There are no long term contracts and you may cancel your membership anytime. All memberships are non-refundable and no pro-rated refunds will be given. All cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to the renewal of your monthly membership. Cancellations must be made through the Dashboard. Memberships cannot be cancelled by phone or email as it may delay the cancellation resulting in additional charges which are non-refundable.
  10. Can I resell this data?
    If you are interested in re-selling this data, you must contact us for approval prior to becoming a member. If it is determined that you are re-selling the data, you will be subject to pay for leads on a per lead basis.
  11. Can I view my past searches?
    Yes, you will be able to view past searches in your Dashboard area.
  12. What format are downloaded lists?
    All lists are in CSV format which can be used in a wide variety of programs such as Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
  13. How do I cancel my subscription?
    If you ever need to discontinue your membership, please contact us via the "Contact Us" tab in the navigation on the Home Page. Please complete the form and be sure to include your first name, last name, user name, email address and phone number. Upon receiving the form, we will process your cancellation and email you a cancellation confirmation. If for some reason, your do not receive a cancellation within 48 hours, we may not have received your request and please resubmit your request. If at any point, you wish to resubscribe to our service, you will be subject the current plans and rates available at that time.
  14. I have received an email saying that my credit card has been declined, what do I do?
    If you receive an email, simply visit our website and login. At this time, our website will prompt you to update your credit card information. If you have any issue, please contact our Customer Service Dept for more assistance. Please note that you will not be able to access your account until a new payment method has been provided.
